Specimens examined. Deposited in NSMT: holotype male, NSMT – Ap 430, allotype female, NSMT – Ap 431, Gojukkoku, Shibecha, Kushiro, Hokkaido, 18-IX-1983, J. Ohnishi leg.; 1 male, 1 female, Pashikuru, Hokkaido, 12-VII-1981, Y. Suma leg. (Imadaté’s Proturan Collection No. 8046C 1).

Additions to description. On head, labral setae present (Fig. 36A). Seta rs simple, shorter than sr (Fig. 36A). On galea (Fig. 36B) O longer and thicker than M and I; M slightly shorter and thinner than I. Mandible with two teeth (Fig. 36C). Clypeal apodemes indistinct. On abdominal tergite VIII (Fig. 36D) P1a' without basal dilatation and anterior to P2; P2a linear.

Distribution. Japan (eastern Hokkaido).
