Genus Orthonotus Stephens, 1829

Orthonotus Stephens, 1829: 344 (gen. nov.). Type species: Capsus rufifrons Fallén, 1807; subsequent designation.

Duwal and S. Jung; 1♂, Gapyeong-gun, 11.vi.2009, R.K. Duwal; 1♂, Yangpyeong-gun, Mt. Yongmun, 11.vi.2009, on light trap, R.K. Duwal and S. Jung. Incheon-si: 1♂, Ganghwa-gun, Songhae-myeon, Dangsan-ri, 10.vi.2007, J.W. Seong. GW: 2♂, 4♀, Honcheon-gun, Sambong Natural forest, 26.vi.2003, J.W. Seong.

Distribution. Asia: South Korea (GG, GW), Japan, Russia (Far East) (Kerzhner & Josifov, 1999). Host. Quercus sp. Thunb. (Fagaceae) (new record).
