27. Scolopendra mirabilis (Porat, 1876)

Cormocephalus acanthophorus Kohlrausch, 1878 (for further synonyms see Minelli et al. 2006).

Type locality. Sudan (White Nile in Kordofan) (Minelli et al. 2006).

East Tropical Africa: Kenya (KE) (new region record), Tanzania (TZ), Uganda (UG) (new region record); Northeast Tropical Africa: Eritrea (ER), Ethiopia (ET), Somalia (SO), Sudan (SD); Northern Africa: Egypt (EG); Central Asia: Tadzhikistan (TJ), Turkmenistan (TM), Uzbekistan (UZ); Western Asia: Afghanistan (AF), Iran (IR); Asia Tropical: Vietnam (VN) (Minelli et al. 2006; Simaiakis and Mylonas 2008).
