Type host: Homo sapiens Linnaeus, 1758.

Galápagos host: Homo sapiens Linnaeus, 1758.

Galápagos locality: Isla Santa Cruz.

Galápagos reference: Causton et al. (2006).

Material examined: 1 female and 1 nymph (1 sample, MONZ).

Remarks: A louse introduced to the Galápagos Islands with its human hosts.
