Distribution in North Carolina: All regions. Counties: AN, BU, CU, DD, GU, HA, HE, JH, MT, ST, WK, WY (material examined) and BN, CA, CB, CE, CR, CT, DU, HL, HW, IR, LI, LN, MA, ME, MO, NH, OR, RI, RW, UN (in literature).

Distribution in surrounding states: GA (Ipser et al. 2004), SC (Davies 2009), TN (Dennis 1938, Lessard et al. 2007) and VA (Emery 1894).
