Mesocrambus candiellus (Herrich-Schäffer, [1848])

Material examined: 1♂, Chernihiv reg., Chernihiv distr., 1.5 km W Lovyn, Zamhlai swamp vic., at light, 15.VI.2019 (S. Trotsenko) (ST). 1♂, 1♀, Odesa reg., Izmail distr., vic. of Vylkove city, Zhebriyanska ridge, 45°25’25”N, 29°34’37”E, 11.VII.2020 (Ye. Khalaim) (VYe).

Distribution: S Europe, Hungary, Turkey, Syria (Slamka 2008; Koçak & Kemal 2018); Russia: Middle Volga and Volgo-Don regions, W Caucasus, S Urals (Sinev & Streltsov 2019); Ukraine: Mykolaiv (Govorun 2008a), Kherson (Govorun 2008a) and Luhansk (Bidzilya et al. 2014) regions, first records for Chernihiv and Odesa regions.
