Amiota (Phortica) gigas Okada, 1977: 25.
Diagnosis. Surstylus with 1 long ventral and 2 short dorsal spines on apical margin (Fig. 14A, B).
Specimens examined. CHINA: 2♂ (SCAU), Zhongheng Road (Central Cross-Island Highway), 124.6 km, Taiwan, 7.vii.1994, S.W. Chang; 2♂ (SCAU), Renai, Nantou, Taiwan, alt. 2100m, 20.ix.2005, S.W. Chang.
Distribution. China (Taiwan).
