The full installation of MineSV with a small test dataset

The MineSV (https://github.com/NCI-CGR/MineSV) full installation (version: v0.3-10-geff8532) is included in this zip file, together with the annotation data set and a small Tumor/Normal test data.  The sequencing data was synthesized using the tool bamsurgeon (https://github.com/adamewing/bamsurgeon).  The details of the data set is available at the documentation page of MineSV.  The MineSV pipeline is configured for the use at NIH Biowulf.
