Drosophila central synapse quantification plugin
Description
Code (for ImageJ/Fiji) to quantitate the number of Drosophila central synapses labelled by a subset GAl4 (or other binary driver) expressing a synapse localised transgenic protein. Optimised for Atonal>Gal4 expression of UAS>synaptotagmin-GFP by immunofluorescence.
