New state record: Montana: [Flathead Co.]: Mt Aeneas, NE. Bigfork, 5-VIII-1959, 7,500 ft., A. Gibson (1♀ MSUC).

Distribution: Canada: BC (Scudder 2004). United States: CA (Van Duzee 1918, Torre-Bueno 1939b, McDonald 1976), CO (McDonald 1976), ID (Van Duzee 1918, Torre-Bueno 1939b, Harris & Shull 1944, McDonald 1976), MT, OR (McDonald 1976), SD (McDonald 1976), UT (Pack & Knowlton 1930), WA (Zack et al. 2012).

Comments: This species was not included in Froeschner (1988).
