United States: AK, CA, CO (Uhler 1877, Van Duzee 1917, McDonald 1976), IA (Osborn 1898; Stoner 1916, 1917, 1920; Hendrickson 1930), ID, IL, IN (Deay & Gould 1935), KS (Packauskas 2012), MI, MN (Rider 2012, Koch et al. 2014), MT, ND (Rider 2012), OH, OR, PA, UT, VT (Roch 2020), WA (Ruckes 1937), WI, WY (Blake 1945).

Comments: Stoner’s (1917) record from Iowa was under the name Trichopepla semivittata, but this was a misidentification of this species (see Stoner 1920).
