Description

20. Acalypha oblancifolia Lundell (1976: 243). Type: GUATEMALA. Izabal: El Estor, bordering Lake Izabal, 7 March 1972, E. Contreras 11192 (holotype LL!, isotypes F!, K!, MEXU, S [2 sheets]!).

Distribution:— America. Mexico Southeast, Central America: Guatemala.

Voucher:— MEXICO. Tabasco: 7 km de la Est. Tacotalpa hacia Tapijulapa, Cerro de Madrigal, 260 m, 30 March 1980, C. Cowan et al. 2855 (CAS, DAV).

Notes:— This species is known from the Mexican states of Tabasco and Chiapas and the Guatemalan Department of Izabal.
