Ontario COVID-19 vaccination tracking

Description
Code for tracking the progress of Ontario's COVID-19 vaccination programme. Updated to reflect changes in the data the province is making available regarding vaccinations.
R markdown code for extracting vaccination data from the Ontario open government data portal API. Data are converted into data frames.
Code for ggplot visualisations is included to illustrate:
- Percentage of the population that has received partial, full or no vaccinations.
- Daily totals of vaccine doses administered and cumulative vaccine doses administered total.
Since the province now makes data on vaccination by age group available, a bar plot indicating the amount and status of vaccinated individuals is included.
Estimated percentage vaccination status for Ontario Forward Sorting Area Regions (FSA) is visualised using data from ICES COVID-19 Dashboard
