Host and locality record: Chiasmocleis capixaba Cruz, Caramaschi, and Izecksohn (BA), Leptodactylus bufonius (locality not reported), Leptodactylus mystacinus (locality not reported) and Leptodactylus podicipinus (locality not reported)

Distribution: Brazil and Paraguay

Site of infection: intestine

Stage: adult
