Data and pre-trained models from InExtremIS: Dorent, et al: ""Inter Extreme Points Geodesics for End-to-End Weakly Supervised Image Segmentation". MICCAI (2021) 

"InExtremIS_labels.zip" contains:

  1. Manual segmentations performed in consensus by the treating neurosurgeon and physicist.
  2. Manual extreme points performed by a biomedical engineer
  3. Simulated extreme points generated using the manual segmentations
  4. The pre-computed geodesics using the image gradient information only and with the Euclidean distance term

"models.zip" contains the pre-trained models used in the experiments.
