1) HOMD_genome_ids.txt
1,440 Assembly ids of the HOMD genomes used (http://www.homd.org/)

2) Streptococcus_genome_ids.txt
170 Streptococcus assembly ids

3) BiG-MAP_results_96_samples_gutSMASH_core.zip
BiG-MAP results using the 96 metagenomic oral samples in combination with the gutSMASH results run on the 1,440 HOMD genomes

4) BiG-MAP_results_96_samples_antiSMASH_whole.zip
BiG-MAP results using the 96 metagenomic oral samples in combination with the antiSMASH results run on the 170 Streptococcus genomes

5) Grinder simulated data tables containing genome's relative abundance
