CU2ZNSNS4 / SI SOLAR ELEMENT IN SCAPS 1D BEGINNING PANEL INTERFACE

Description

In this scientific article, the effect of external and semiconductor parameters on the basic properties of a solar cell was studied by modeling thin-film solar cells using SCAPS 1D software. As an external factor, the effect of temperature, solar radiation and the concentration of charge carriers on the semiconductor material, the width of the band gap, the film thickness, the coefficient of filling of the solar cell, and its efficiency were studied.

The obtained results can be used in the selection of the optimal parameter in the process of obtaining thin-film solar cells, in the evaluation of the properties of the created solar cell. SCAPS 1D is based on the fact that it can be used by undergraduate and graduate students to organize virtual laboratory work to study solar elements.
