Example data set of the study "Investigating the Effect of Flow Compensation and Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping Method on the Accuracy of Venous Susceptibility Measurement". This sample data set includes defaced raw magnitude and phase data, brain masks, susceptibility maps, multiscale vessel filtering segmentations, calculated consensus segmentations maps, PCA data, PCA-based semi-automated single-vein segmentations aligned to the QSM images, and the acquisition parameter files.
