Host and locality record: Dendropsophus nanus (= Hyla nana) (CO), Leptodactylus chaquensis (CO), Pseudis paradoxa (CO), Scinax nasicus (CO) and Rhinella fernandezae (RS)
Distribution: Argentina and Brazil
Site of infection: kidney, small intestine
Stage: larvae (metacercariae)
