Elachista ochropunctosa Kaila, nom. nov.
Biselachista bipunctella Sinev & Sruoga, 1995: 137. Type locality: Russia, Primorsky Krai, Khasansky District, near Andreevka (Sinev & Sruoga 1995: 137). Holotype ♂, in ZISP.
Elachista bipunctella: Kaila (1999a: 167). Junior secondary homonym of Elachista bipunctella Treitschke, 1833: 181.
Elachista ochropunctosa Kaila, replacement name for Elachista bipunctella (Sinev & Sruoga 1995), nec Treitschke, 1833: 181. Nom. nov.
Subgenus: Elachista; tetragonella species group.
Distribution: Palearctic. Japan, Russia (E. Russia).
Larval host plant(s): unknown.
