Type (designated by Wendelbo & Rechinger 1990): TURKMENISTAN. in Jugo Dschungarico Jugantasch inter Kersken-terek et Borochudsir, 6–7000 ft, 25 May 1878, Regel s.n. (lectotype WU!, isotypes BM!, K!, LE).
