Description

A Heat And MoiSture Tracking framEwoRk (HAMSTER) for the evaluation of Lagrangian models.

This repository contains the source code for HAMSTER, as used in the manuscript "A holistic framework to estimate the origins of atmospheric moisture and heat using a Lagrangian model" by Jessica Keune, Dominik L. Schumacher and Diego G. Miralles (Hydro-Climate Extremes Laboratory, Ghent University, Belgium). This version (v.1.0.0) was used for the initial submission.
