MODELO DE MADUREZ EN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO, DESDE UN ENFOQUE HOLÍSTICO

Un modelo de madurez en Sistema de Gestión del Conocimiento (SGC) identifica el progreso del proyecto de GC, proporciona la base sobre la cual trabajar, haciendo correctivos necesarios para seguir avanzando al punto deseado de madurez. El objetivo del presente estudio es proponer un modelo de madurez en SGC, desde un enfoque holístico, para las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), inspirado en los modelos propuestos por Pee y Kankanhalli (2009) y, Chu, Wu, Chan y Fu (2011). El modelo considera las cuatro perspectivas de un modelo holístico a saber: estrategia de GC, personas, procesos de GC y tecnología, y, adicionalmente, redes y gestión de la información. El tipo de estudio es exploratorio, de campo y descriptivo. Se utilizó el método cualitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por tres expertos, pertenecientes a dos IES que iniciaron la GC. Se concluye que el modelo holístico propuesto es de naturaleza evolutiva, descriptiva y prescriptiva.
