County Records (n = 42): Clearwater, Cook, Itasca, Lake, and Roseau.

Collection Dates: 5 May–21 August.

Minnesota Hosts: Collected on Larix laricina. Larval hosts recorded as Picea glauca, Pinus strobus, and Tsuga canadensis.

Collection Method: On dying L. laricina and logs of same.
