croco-pisces model with chlorophyll shading parametrization

This tar file contains the 2016 croco ocean model version coupled to the PISCESv0 biogeochemical model version. It includes routines modifications allowing to take into account the chlorophyll shading effect and its feedback on the ocean heating (see cpp key #SHADING in cppdefs.h file). The reader is encouraged to use this code or to introduce the modifications related to the shading parameterization in his/her code or possibly into the latest version of the croco-pisces model.
