Bimodal Imaging of Mouse Peripheral Nerves with Chlorin Tracers
Description
We demonstrate in this study for the first time the conjugation of Hsp1a peptide to a fluorescent synthetic chlorin,25−27 while retaining specific binding to NaV1.7 in in vivo mouse models.
