Dataset- Early invasion of the bladder wall by solitary bacteria protects uropathogenic E. coli from antibiotics and neutrophil swarms in an organoid model
Description
Dataset comprises raw image stacks and summary of processed figures for the manuscript. The raw data for the analysis of the swarming profiles in Figure 4 is split between two sets of .lif files (early and late timepoints) due to the large size of the files.
