Controlled PTT 2.0.0 release.

Features:

• App. Three experiment types: (1) only temperature recording (no need for laser part); (2) full power PTT (run the laser at the set power); (3) controlled PTT (the power of laser is controlled to keep specified temperature). There stop conditions: (1) time; (2) gained thermal dose; (3) time or gained thermal dose.
• Sensors. MLX sensor, two MLX sensors, or array MLX sensor.
• Laser. Agilent power supply as a current controller for laser diode.

The attached Release-v2.0.0.zip includes the built C# software part and Arduino sketches for hardware parts. If .NET Framework 4.7.2 is installed on Windows (should be for Windows 10), the software will run as it is by opening ControlledPTT.App.exe executable.
