DESCRIPTION OF LIGILACTOBACILLUS CETI COMB. NOV.
Ligilactobacillus ceti (ce ′ ti. L. gen. n. ceti, of a whale).
Basonym: Lactobacillus ceti Vela et a l. 2008, 893 VP
Original characteristics of the species are described in [218]. The genome size of the type strain is 1.40 Mbp. The mol% G+C content of DNAis 33.7.
Isolated from the lungs of a beaked whale.
