Description

HAADF (high angle annular dark field)  imaging and EELS (electron energy loss spectroscopy) data acquired by monochromated scanning transmission electron microscopy (NION MACSTEM @ ORNL).

This data is in numpy and json format which is commonly analyzed in a python environment.
