Description
This release includes the data and code that support the findings presented in:
Ramírez-Barahona et al. (2020) The delayed and geographically heterogeneous diversification of flowering plant families.
WHAT IS NEW:
- The MCC trees originally provided as part of the supplemental material of the paper (Data 10) did not contain information on 95% HPD intervals. This was due to parsing the trees through R.
- A new version of the MCC trees with the 95% HPD is now provided in data/supplementary.
