TillBirkner/metadeconfoundR: MetadeconfoundR Release for Documentation of the MetaDrugs Analysis as Part of the MetaCardis Consortium

This release is part of the documentation of data and code used to conduct the MetaDrugs study (data available here) as part of the MetaCardis Consortium.

Highlight of this new version of metadeconfoundR is the new function ImportLongPrior(). Detailed explanations of the thus added functionality to import prior knowledge about feature-metadata associations into new analyses can be accessed here.
