calibrated parameter vectors for the full extrinsic apoptosis reaction model (EARMv2)

Description

EARMv2 was calibrated to time course experimental data. The Differential Evolution Adaptive Metropolis MCMC sampling algorithm (DREAM(ZS)) was used to calibrate the model. The data provides the sampled parameter vectors saved as Numpy files (npy) and log posterior values of the sampled parameter vectors also saved as npy files.
