Germanium Compounds: Chemistry and Applications

Germanium and its' compounds have emerged as critically important materials in the fabrication of microelectronic, optics and sensors. A brief overview of the chemistry and applications of organ-germanium compounds is presented.  A survey of organo-germanium mediated organic reactions is included.
