Previous records from Egypt. unspecified governorate (El-Halawany & Abdel-Samad, 1990).
Remarks. No additional specimens of this species were found in this study. It was originally described from an unstated number of type specimens collected in an unstated location in Egypt. The original description was rather detailed, with illustrations and setal measurements.
