A Vehicle Routing Problem solver which aims to solve real-life problems from transportation planning and logistics. The project features two custom algorithms:
- meta-heuristic using Growing Self Organizing Map (called rosomaxa)
- hyper-heuristic using Markov Description Process (no name so far)
