Description

Cytoscape file to reproduce the network representation of differential gene regulation in the PD1 signaling pathway in discovery dataset 1, as described in our manuscript "Regulation of PD1 signaling is associated with prognosis in glioblastoma multiforme." Node size corresponds to the number of edges connected in the graph; line-width of edges corresponds to their signi cance in di erential regulation. Gene targeting scores (or "degrees") are shown with a circle surrounding the node. Red: higher expression/targeting in short-term survivors,
blue: higher expression/targeting in the long-term survivors.
