Description
We have introduced SSR technique and used 19 reactions for revealing microsatellite loci in different chromosomes of the tomato genome at a distance of 2.0 cM to 115.0 cM to identify polymorphic profiles of Bulgarian and Turkish varieties and mutant lines.
