Measured SCFAs from feces of infants

This dataset is the average concentration of SCFAs in feces of infants. This dataset was used to study the differences of gut microbiome in early childhood with atopic dermatitis. The information of sample ID can be obtained from raw sequence dataset in ERA database and manuscript.
