Datasets used in the dyngen manuscript

These datasets are generated by [dyngen](https://dyngen.dynverse.org) to evaluate Trajectory Alignment, RNA velocity and Cell-Specific Network Inference methods. To reproduce the findings of the manuscript, clone the [dyngen_manuscript](https://github.com/dynverse/dyngen_manuscript) repository and extract these files in the `temporary_files` folder.
