IUCLID for PPP Filtering rules

The excel file provides the full list of filtering rules applicable to all IUCLID fields relevant in EU pesticides submissions for the following working contexts:

EU PPP Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP Microorganism - Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP MRL application

EU PPP Basic substance application

The filtering rules establish whether the data in each field are published by default, can be claimed confidential or are subject to more sophisticated publication rules. All applicable rules are described in the dedicated “Guideline” Tab in the excel. This file can be used in conjunction with the IUCLID tool 'Dissemination Preview'.

Compared to the previous major release of IUCLID (v.9) a relevant change is the introduction of the TM_PPP filtering rule, which filters the test material composition table using the flags in the test material composition table. This filtering rule will be used for those dossiers no longer including Document J, whereas all previously submitted dossiers will continue to be filtered using TM_DETAILS. Furthermore, the field on animal strains (MaterialsAndMethods.TestAnimals.Strain) was changed from PUBLISHED to UNLESS_CONF.

The filtering rules were last updated in June 2026 for IUCLID 6 v.10.0.2
