CellO Resources Database

These data comprise the resources required to run the CellO cell type classification software (https://github.com/deweylab/CellO).  Specifically, these data include pre-trained models for running CellO out-of-the-box as well as training sets for training CellO on gene sets that are not compatible with CellO's pre-trained models.
