This contains the mu data displayed in Figure 3 calculated for each step tracked in the antiparallel particle tracking case. This data was generated with Matlab. The arrays mu and muNeg give the mu values of the first particle during forwards and backwards runs, respectively, and the arrays mu_ph nad muNeg_ph give the mu values of the second particle during forwards and backwards runs, respectively.
