BGerwe/frXAS.py: First Release

Description

The core functionality is in place here. However, I assume the package is unusable for most people with the current level of documentation. I plan to improve documentation this year throughout the package, and provide several usage example notebooks to help get people started.

The main purpose of this release is to generate a DOI through Zenodo.
