Raw data and figures of Microprobe calibration, Master thesis at Aalto University, issued 14 Dec 2020.
Data columns: X_value data is time in seconds; Output (Y-axis) data is strain gauge deflection in volts; Input data is bridge voltage; Pin data is ground to ground loop through a resistor. Other data columns were not fully implemented at the time.
