OTHER RECORDS. — North and South America, Australasia, Pacific Ocean, Middle East, southern Africa, West Indies.
HOST- PLANTS IN NEW CALEDONIA. — On roots of species of an Asteraceae and on Euphorbia hirta.
NOTE. — Not rated as an economic species.
