Description
The sap flow methods calibration database was implemented for the development of the paper entitled "A synthesis of bias and uncertainty in sap flow methods" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.agrformet.2019.03.012).
A ".csv" file is provided. The column names are self-explanatory.
When the wood density of a species is not available, the wood density of a phylogenetically close species is provided and the species is specified in the column "phylo_density_species".
