Description
This is an archive of the ApiNATOMY connectivity subset of the SPARC knowledge base loaded as a Neo4j database for use in SciGraph. For more information about the SPARC knowledge base see https://sparc.science/help/knowledge-management-and-curation-core-k-core-information. This work was funded by NIH award 1OT2OD030541-01.
Notes
SciGraph releases are only expected to work with the version of SciGraph they were build against. They may work with other versions, but this would be by accident rather than by intention. For the record, this release is known to work against https://github.com/SciGraph/SciGraph/commit/38d02f1eb1abb15b7c9dfc5ca920ededadcabf7e.
