Description

A collection of prokaryotic transcription factor binding site motifs gleaned from the CollecTF, MtbRegList, RegTransBase, RegulonDB, DBTBS, and CoryneRegNet databases.  Motifs filtered for >= 10 sites, > 5 bits information content.
