Example data from timelapse fluorescence imaging experiments

Example data from timelapse fluorescence imaging experiments. The zip file 0Archive_all_example_data.zip contains all the data:

• 201029_PMN_channel_06-2.tif: Migration of fluorescent leukocytes (label: Calcein red-orange). Time interval ~10s.
• EB3-timelapse.tif: Microtubule dynamics. Nocodazole is added midway through the movie to disrupt the microtubules (label: EB3-GFP). Time interval ~10s.
• mNeon-CAAX.tif: Plasma membrane dynamics of endothelial cells (label: mNeonGreen-CaaX). Time interval ~2s.
• 2010230_BOEC-mTq2-CaaX.tif: Morphological change of an endothelial cell due to contraction induced by thrombin (label: mTurquoise2-CaaX). Time interval ~40s.
• 210203_LEXY_combined.tif: Blue light activation of nuclear export (probe: LEXY tagged with mCherry). Time interval ~30s. Exposure with blue light at frames: 1-20,55-65,101-112,148-182
• YCaM.zip: Calcium dynamics activated with histamine and deactivated by pyrilamine (probe: Yellow Cameleon 3.60, with Cyan and Yellow fluorescent protein). Time interval ~2s.
